They are a family owned and operated business who value their staff as well as those along the supply chain who make your morning cup of coffee possible. Quality and people are and will continue to be at the forefront of everything they do as they would only produce products they are 100% proud of.

They spend an enormous amount of time developing the optimal profile (recipe) for every one of their coffees. Their slow roasting process allows the natural sugars in coffee to caramelize resulting in a smooth, bold and sweet cup.

HONEY PROCESS

The coffee cherries are sun-dried whole, then pulped - a process that can take 3-6 weeks resulting in a flavour profile that might as well be a myth! Bright, winey acidity, silky body and pronounced clean finish plus rainbows covered in pixie dust. Taste the rainbows and feel the magic. A flavour explosion waiting to happen.
