Clementine Coffee Roasters want to expand your experience with coffee!

Clementine commits to bringing nothing but the world’s finest coffee – graded specialty by the Specialty Coffee Association of America – to their customers all over the world! Whether through a pour-over or espresso beverage served at Clementine Coffee Bar in Historic Folsom, CA, or a bag of whole bean coffee to brew at home, Clementine creates opportunities for people to enjoy single-origin, ethically-sourced, and freshly roasted coffee from around the world.

Their roasting facility is in Auburn, right near the Clementine Dam. This community is known to have their palates awakened by the craft beer movement, refined by surrounding wine country, and now trained by the third wave coffee movement exploding beyond the Bay Area.

Clementine Coffee Roasters is powered by a 25lb San Franciscan Coffee Roaster. They love this roaster because it's a hand built machine in the USA using all US steel. They chose a 25lb model because it allows them to roast in relatively small batches to maintain freshness and quality. This size also gives them the freedom to experiment with small quantities of unique coffees to extract major flavours.

Jordan Johnson is their lead roaster. Jordan’s roasting philosophy is informed by the guidelines of the Specialty Coffee Association, and he welcomes recommendations from fellow roasters and Q Graders. Jordan prides himself on the product he produces and is excited to continue to grow Clementine's coffee offerings to coffee lovers like you!

Be sure to check out their coffee as they offer single origin, blends, cold brew, decaf and steeped coffee! They have a coffee for just about anyone! Once you try Clementine Coffee Roasters, you will be in love!
