French Press Coffee Roasters is  a quality driven,  award winning,  specialty coffee roaster!

They are a specialty coffee roaster based out of the beautiful Vancouver Island who prides themselves in sourcing and roasting some of the very best coffee available.

 

They serve their coffee in their delightful cafe’s in Qualicum Beach and Coombs as well as supply wholesale customers.

French Press Coffee Roasters recently entered their Ethiopia Kilenso Moconissa into Golden Bean North America, which is the largest coffee roasting competition in the world. They won the gold medal for this coffee and won a silver medal and four bronze medals for their other coffees!

EL SALVADOR LOS CIPRESES SANTA ANA

This washed red and yellow Bourbon coffee was grown by fifth generation coffee farmer Rene Contreras. It has a delicious silky mouthfeel and is super clean. Think green apple, honey and lemon curd.

Region: Santa Ana, El Salvador 

Roast Type: Single Origin

Roast Level: Light

Variety: Red and Yellow Bourbon

Altitude: 1100 - 1450m

SULAWESI TORAJA

This Indonesian beauty is grown in Sulawesi, an island east of Borneo. It is semi-washed or wet-hulled which is a traditional coffee processing method in Indonesia. This method adds increased body with a syrupy mouthfeel and perfectly bridges the gap between old school coffee drinkers and third wave devotees.

Roast Level: Medium - Dark

Variety: Typica | Catimor | S795

Altitude: 1300 - 2000m

Process: Wet Hulled | Sun Dried

ETHIOPIA KILENSO MONCONISSA

This delicious natural processed coffee was grown in the Hambela Wamena Woreda in the Sidama region. They recently entered the coffee into the largest coffee roasting competition in the world (Golden Bean North America) and it won medals in 3 categories including a gold medal! Think sweet strawberry, cherry & cocoa.

Roast Level: Light - Medium

Variety: Ethiopian Heirloom

Altitude: 1750 - 1900m

Process: Full Natural
