Why do you believe the Coffee Marketplace has changed the coffee subscription game?

Firstly, please don't get confused, we love all coffee subscription programs. Anytime a coffee lover is able to get their hands on speciality coffee, it means the speciality coffee industry is growing and we couldn't be happier about that.

This doesn't change the fact that we believe that we are DISTRUPTORS in the coffee subscription space. Everyone and their brother can take an already existing subscription model and copy it, but we've taken the time to understand the existing models and improve on them for both the coffee roaster and coffee lover.

We've done this by interviewing hundreds of coffee roasters and coffee lovers and asking them simple questions, such as, "What does the perfect monthly coffee subscription model look like?" or "What could an existing coffee subscription company do to better your overall experience?".

By asking simple questions, focusing on who matters most (not us) in a coffee subscription program, and really listening to the answers, we've been able to identify and eliminate the major issues/gaps that exist in monthly subscription programs today!

What major issues/gaps have you improved on for coffee lovers in your subscripiton program?

Compared to other coffee subscription companies, our program improves the coffee buying experience for coffee lovers in the following ways;

[1] We give the buying power back to the coffee lover - anyone can toss a couple of coffee bags (from roasters they've cut deals with) into a box and ship it out to you at a premium price, but we don't believe in that. YOU get to choose who YOU want to buy coffee from - the power is in YOURS hands!

[2] We encourage coffee education through exploratory learning - we are successful when coffee drinkers are learning more about different specialty coffee roasters and their amazing coffee offerings. We don't just toss a 4x4 card in a box with a couple of lines about the roaster and coffees. Through our model, we proactively encourage coffee drinkers to visit the roasters website to dive deeper in learning about them and their products.

[3] We provide exclusive offers that are not available to the public - we've worked with each of our roasters to build out exclusive offers that are only available to Coffee Marketplace members. Each roaster provides their own offer, meaning the offers can differ from roaster to roaster! Offers range from deeper discounts, merchandise, free sample bags to so much more!

[4] We follow your pace and don't spend your money - unlike many other typical coffee subscription companies, by subscribing, we are not forcing you to purchase coffee every month. We will provide you with exclusive offers and codes for each month, and YOU choose if YOU want to purchase coffee. You are in complete control!

What major issues/gaps have you improved on for coffee roasters in your subscripiton program?

We are powered by our amazing roasters! Without them, we wouldn't be able to share incredible speciality coffee options with our members! We celebrate our roasters by approaching our relationship with them as one focused on putting them first. Our model was built to improve the four major gaps imposed on roasters by the general coffee subscription companies;

[1] Our branding takes a back seat - we are truly dedicated to promoting our roasters. They've worked hard on their branding, so we wouldn't dare to re-bag their coffee or hide their bags in boxes labeled with our own branding. We want our members to experience our roaster's full coffee experience!

[2] No fulfillment nightmare here - joining coffee subscription programs can be an absolute fulfillment nightmare for roasters. Usually these nightmares come with additional costs to the roasters! With our model, it's business as usual for our roasters. We bring our members to their online stores to purchase through their typical fulfillment model.

[3] They never worry about coffee freshness - we never touch the coffee - therefore our roasters never worry about when the coffee is actually getting into the hands of their customer. Our roasters can rest assured knowing that the coffee drinker is receiving their freshest coffee. How do we know? They're the ones sending it!

[4] We let the roasters connect with their customers - did you know that roasters never find out who their coffee is being sent to when partnering with coffee subscription companies? To us, that's ridiculous! Our model allows roasters to better connect with their customers giving them the opportunity to deepen the relationships!

Our program is for coffee drinkers regardless of where they are in their coffee journey. We know that speciality coffee can be intimidating, especially with the 'coffee snobs' out there but rest assured, we are NOT them.

Our program is designed to walk with you along your speciality coffee journey, regardless of where you are in it. Do all roasters have the same exclusive deal? Do their offers change each month?

Each roaster decides indvidually what they want their exclusive deal to be. This means that deals will vary by roaster and by type. The types of excluisve deals you can expect range from deeper discounts, free merch, exclusive giveaways, to sample bags of other featured coffees in their lineup. Roasters are at liberty to change up their exclusive deal each month.

Who should I contact if I have an issue?

We hope that your subscription experience is nothing less than perfection but if this isn't the case please; Contact the approriate roaster for all products (coffee, merch, etc.) purchased diectly from their online store. Contact our team for any issues related to memberships, codes, or Coffee Marketplace billing.

Is this a recurring subscription?

The Coffee Marketplace is a montly recurring subscription. It will only end once you cancel your subscription. Each month the codes are updated so please don't be fooled! If you need help cancelling your subscripition, please email us right away at

WIll a roaster from another country ship their coffee to me?

Not all the roasters featured in our program provide international shipping. On each of our roaster's pages, we have highlighted whether they ship internationally or not.

How do I cancel my plan?

It's super simple. Send us an email and we will cancel it on your behalf!

How do I ensure I don't get charged after my 30 day free trial?

To receive your 30 day free trail, you will need to sign up and provide your credit card information for a membership plan. We want to ensure that you do not get charged if our services do not meet your coffee needs. Please cancel your free trail at least 5 days before the end of your trail period to ensure that you will not be charged for additional months of service.

How do I know if I've received my exclusive deal with my purchase?

Great question! When you apply the exclusvie code at checkout, the deal should become visible. Any percentage or dollar discounts will be automatically added to your order/cart. Sample coffee bags are indicated as "$0.01" on roaster websites when the deal is redeemed or you must add sample coffee bag to your cart. Merch is indicated as "$0.01" on roaster websites when the deal is redeemed or you must add merch to your cart. Please note that deal that include both merch or sample bags WITH discounts will only show the discount online but the merch/sample bag will be added when the coffee is shipped.
