Although the team is built with members with different interests, they are share a common passion which is a love for coffee and taking care of their community!

The Rodriguez Family has been one of the principle drivers moving quality and sustainable coffee production forward in Bolivia. The Rodriguez Family noticed that their naturals needed more stabilization, and developed a process for drying their naturals which results in a more delicious, super clean tasting natural. This natural Java is one of the most delicious coffees that they have had the privilege to have in their offerings.

Buna Boka is one of the primary cooperatives of the Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union, and one of Ethiopia’s best known. This union has over 80,000 member households and 53 coffee co-ops and many of these with two or more processing sites. With an average of one single hectare of land for every farmer member in Buna Boka, most of their harvest will be fully washed with delicate and citric flavour profiles.

This is a true micro-lot! Grown on a single hectare farm, Linda Vista, owned by Giberto Salazar at 1600masl. The coffee was processed by Esteban Corrales, the famed anaerobic processor. Esteban processed the coffee as a natural in a stainless steel tank with all the oxygen removed. The result is a coffee with intense fruit flavours and underlying spice.
