SPECTRUM

COFFEES

Welcome Spectrum Coffees! They are a small team of coffee professionals passionate about specialty coffee, precision roasts, transparency in pricing, and their local community in Brooklyn.

They believe that specialty coffee is for everyone so they work hard to make the product financially accessible and to demystify the brewing process. They love to work with coffee from small, expert farms around the world. Seasonal buying allows them to carry unique, tasty coffees without setting stringent timelines for farmers and their land. Ultimately, the work of creating a good coffee is done by the time they receive the unroasted beans, so Spectrum's job is to use roasting to bring out the exquisite flavours cultivated by the growers.

They are big on transparency and love to answer questions, so please feel free to reach out to them. You can always find the per pound prices of their unroasted coffees, as well as their estimated overhead costs published on Spectrum's website.

They hope to be part of a new generation of businesses that operate in a 'moral economy,' with the greater good of everyone being their primary motivator.
