Their story began in 2008 with a love for people, community, and a great cup of coffee. From the early days of serving French-Pressed coffee at their local farmer’s market, Wild Goose Coffee Roaster has always been committed to using their craft to give back—every pound of coffee sold provides 10 pounds of food to local food banks! To date they have donated over 2 million pounds of food to a wide network of food banks in the neighbourhoods where their coffee is enjoyed. Wild Goose Coffee Roasters believe that together we can create better communities (through better coffee)!

Sourcing philosophy - It’s important to them that the farmers who work so hard to provide great coffee receive a fair wage for their labor. To ensure this commitment, Wild Goose Coffee Roasters work closely with their importers to solely select coffees that maintain this purchasing standard.

Roasting philosophy - Whether you are a seasoned barista or just starting your journey into specialty coffee, Wild Goose Coffee Roasters have a coffee for everyone. Using their vintage Probat roaster, they highlight the sweet and smooth characteristics of each coffee while maintaining their complex flavour profiles.  They roast the old-fashioned way: in small batches, nothing automated, each bag filled by hand. Every coffee receives a personal touch.
